Television has become the medium of today's modern mythology, delivering the exploits of icons and archetypes to the masses. Names like Mulder, Scully, Kirk, Spock, and Buffy have become legend. This blog is a compilation of the reviews written about the tales of our modern day heroes.

7 Day Forecast: 10 Mar 2006

Now reading:

This Day All Gods Die by Stephen Donaldson

476/688...I'm actually making good progress, because the story is wrapping itself up well in this final book. There's still a lot of rehashing from time to time, especially when political spin gets involved. I think this will be the last time I read this series, but it has had its moments.

Now playing:

Lord of the Rings: The Third Age - about 57%...Helm's Deep was brutal, but now I'm in Osgiliath...big progress!
Final Fantasy X-2 - about 57%...Brenna asked for it, she got it!
Kingdom Hearts - about 8% done...very cute, if a little awkward with the controls!
Xenosaga II - I'm about 67% through the bonus levels...also currently on hold
